After clarification of your suitability for eligible positions in a detailed interview and after receiving your written confirmation, my next step is to prepare a qualified candidate profile based on your CV, which I will forward to my customer.
Once a customer desires an interview with you, I will immediately arrange an appointment and give you a briefing and some helpful tips for your interview. If the customer desires and allows it, I will be pleased to accompany you to the interview.
I guarantee you to keep your application confidential and to give you a prompt and, depending on the customer’s feedback, a most detailed feedback.

I work with my customers on a commission basis. This means that, in case of a successful placement in a project, my customer will contract you directly. This has the advantage for you that you can communicate with the customer without any detours, negotiate contract conditions directly and exchange project-related information without any information chains. Besides, my customers have a full transparency about the amount of my commission due to the fact that I work exclusively on a commission basis, by which an overpriced commission from my side and a too high rate for your services is definitely excluded.

For your further application process at other companies, where you would like to apply directly or which are not part of my customers, I offer you the review and optimization of your consultant profile.
In case you have only an English, Spanish or French version of your consultant profile, I offer you the translation of your profile from these languages into German.

My support concerning the search for your next project is free of charge for you.
The review, preparation, optimization and translation of your profile for your own use are, however, based on a fee that you can find in my Terms and Conditions.
