After receipt of your application, you will get an invitation to a telephone or video interview in order to get a comprehensive impression of your qualification, work experience, goals and ideas.

Based on the provided information, I will then present you different vacancies and companies that match to your profile – provided that or as soon as such vacancies are available. If desired, I can also contact companies where you would like to be recommended, even if those companies are not yet part of my clientele.

After clarification of your suitability for eligible positions in a further detailed interview, I will prepare a qualified candidate profile based on your CV. And to underline your suitability for a specific vacancy and to increase your chances of being invited by the customer to an interview, I might ask you in some cases to fill a self-evaluation based on the requirements of the job description. As soon as you have submitted all the required documents and after receiving your written confirmation, I will then forward your application to my customer.

Once a customer desires an interview with you, I will immediately arrange an appointment and give you a briefing and some helpful tips for your interview. If the customer desires and allows it, I will be pleased to accompany you to the interview.

I guarantee you to keep your application confidential and to give you a prompt and, depending on the customer’s feedback, a most detailed feedback.

The safety of your personal data is very important for me. To be able to process your application, I kindly ask you to read my Data Protection Policy here and to agree to the processing and storage of your personal data, application documents and any relevant interview notes in the scope of your application. You can revoke this agreement at any time.

My additional service for you:

For your further application process at other companies, where you would like to apply directly or which are not part of my customers, I offer you the review and optimization of your application documents.

If desired, I also offer you the complete preparation of your CV, cover letter and/or motivation letter as a ghostwriting service, based on a detailed dialogue with you in order to ensure the inclusion of your ideas, skills, strengths and aims in accordance with the targeted position.

Moreover, I offer you the review of your employers’ references with respect to completeness, decoding of evaluation, key message and hidden formulations as well as spelling, grammar and layout.

In case you have only an English, Spanish or French version of your application documents, I offer you the translation of your application documents these languages into German.

My support concerning your job search, including the successful placement with a company, is free of charge for you.

The review, preparation, optimization and translation of your application documents are, however, based on a fee that you can find in my Terms and Conditions.

In case that I succeed in placing you with one of my customers, eventually incurred costs for the review, preparation and optimization of your application documents will be omitted. In case the concerning services have already been paid, you will receive a reimbursement. (However, translation fees remain unaffected).
