You are realizing IT projects in your company
and you need help in your search for adequate external IT specialists (freelancers or employees of IT service agencies) for your projects?
Then, I am the right person for you!
Based on many years of experience in the recruitment of specialized staff and managers for IT projects (SAP and non-SAP) and on my vast network in the IT industry, I offer you professional assistance in staffing your external vacancies for the realization of your projects.
I have my focus on the recruitment of IT specialists and managers, followed by engineers, project and interim managers, sales professionals as well commercial roles. If wished, the recruitment of experts for project positions in other areas is also possible.
How do I proceed with my search for external candidates for your IT projects?
After a thorough analysis of the job and project description, I post a job advertisement in different freelancer job boards. If necessary, the requirements will be clarified with you beforehand and the job description will be accordingly adapted to ensure that the adequate candidates will be reached, but also to be able to identify the best matching candidates during the selection process.
If desired, the advertisement can be anonymized so that readers cannot recognize your company. In case you explicitly disallow the publication of your project vacancies, this request will be certainly respected.
Then I start immediately with the specific search for adequate candidates in different career and freelancer portals as well as in my own network. The candidate search consists of identifying, contacting and selecting the best matching candidates based on your requirements and on the specifications in the job description.
Incoming candidate profiles are sighted and accurately examined. The selected candidates are then interviewed personally or via telephone or video conference in order to evaluate their suitability for the respective vacancy.
If a candidate leaves a convincing impression, but there is not enough information in his (or her) profile about some of the required skills, I usually ask the candidate to fill a self-evaluation form that is based on the job description in order to enable a better estimation of his suitability for the concerning role.
Finally, a qualified candidate profile based on all available information is prepared, which will then be submitted to you together with the self-evaluation of the candidate.
Should you have any questions concerning the candidate or if you desire to interview the candidate, I will clarify your questions immediately and arrange an appointment for a personal, telephone or video interview with the candidate. If desired, I will be happy to accompany the candidate during the interview.
To ensure a smooth communication between you as my customer and the candidate during the whole selection process until its completion has a high priority for me.
How is my compensation model?
I work on a commission basis, which means that in case you choose one of my candidates for your projects, then you can contract the freelancer or partner directly. For my searching and mediation activities, a commission fee based on the hourly or daily rate of the candidate will be due. This compensation model has the advantage for you that you can communicate, exchange project-related information and negotiate contract conditions directly with the specialist. Furthermore, you will get a full transparency about the amount of my profit margin, since it is equivalent to my commission. Consequently, you will not only be aware of the amount of my commission, but you can only be assured that my commission is competitive and fair.
You can find further information about my commission fees and other details in my Terms and Conditions. However, nothing is set in stone: The successful staffing of your project vacancies with perfectly matching candidates and, particularly, the unlimited satisfaction of my customers is the most important goal for me. This is why I am, if necessary, open for alternative propositions, which we should discuss at the beginning of our cooperation.
