I have my focus on the recruitment of IT specialists and managers, followed by engineers, project and interim managers, sales professionals as well commercial roles. If wished, the recruitment of staff in other areas is also possible.
How do I proceed with my candidate search for vacancies in your company?
After a thorough analysis of the job description, I post a job advertisement in different job portals. If necessary, the requirements will be clarified with you beforehand and the job description will be accordingly adapted to ensure that the adequate candidates will be reached, but also to be able to identify the best matching candidates during the selection process.
If desired, the job advertisement can be anonymized so that readers cannot recognize your company. In case you explicitly disallow the publication of your vacancies, this request will be certainly respected.
Then, I start with the specific search for adequate candidates in different career and applicant portals as well as in my own network. The candidate search consists of identifying, contacting and selecting the best matching candidates based on your requirements and on the specifications in the job description.
Incoming applications including the attached certificates and work references are sighted and accurately examined. The selected candidates are then interviewed personally or via telephone or video conference in order to evaluate their suitability for the respective vacancy.
If a candidate leaves a convincing impression, I ask him (or her) to fill a self-evaluation form that is based on the job description in order to evaluate and underline his suitability for the respective vacancy and his added value for your company.
Finally, a qualified candidate profile based on all available information is prepared, which will then be submitted to you together with the self-evaluation and all relevant certificates and work references of the candidate.
Should you have any questions concerning the candidate or if you desire to interview the candidate, I will clarify your questions immediately and arrange an appointment for a personal, telephone or video interview with the candidate. If desired, I will be happy to accompany the candidate during the interview.
To ensure a smooth communication between the persons involved of your company and the candidates during the whole selection process until its completion has a high priority for me.
How is my compensation model?
All activities related with the candidate search are free of charge for you (unless otherwise agreed). Only in the case of a successful placement of a candidate in your company, a commission fee is due. As for this commission fee, you can choose between two different options:
As for the first option, the total amount of the commission is split in four instalments and the last two instalments will be due three and six months after the start of the employment respectively. This staggered arrangement serves to provide you a warranty in case the employment relationship with the candidate is terminated within the first probationary period: If the candidate leaves your company within this period, the correspondent instalments become void.
As for the second option, the total amount of my commission is lower and more affordable for you, but the total amount is due at once, i.e.: without staggering, discount or reimbursement.

However, nothing is set in stone: The successful staffing of your vacancies with perfectly matching candidates and, particularly, the unlimited satisfaction of my customers is the most important goal for me.
