When I started working in the recruitment of SAP Specialists for SAP Projects for the first time in 1999, I never imagined that the IT recruiting industry would captivate me until today. Since then, I have established many valuable contacts and won deep experience as a Key Account Manager, IT Recruiter and HR Consultant in different IT consulting companies and recruitment agencies.
In 2004, I changed to an SAP consulting company where I built up a sales and consultants network on my own. I managed to win a considerable amount of new customers and to build up a large SAP consultants pool, which allowed me quite soon to place many suitable experts in exciting SAP projects, mainly in the SAP banking area.
In 2009, I accepted a new challenge at a well-known IT service provider that is specialized in the recruiting of IT specialists (SAP and non-SAP) for the realization of IT Projects. Once again, I succeeded not only in serving existing clients, but also in winning new valuable customers, business partners, freelancers and employers and bringing them together to everybody’s satisfaction.
From 2018, I have been able to continuously win further experience in the recruitment of IT specialists for permanent jobs (personnel placement), expanding my horizon and enriching my range of experience.
As the situation in the job and project market changed due to the economic effects of the corona pandemic, I decided to use the opportunity and realize my dream of becoming an independent HR Consultant. This is how, based on my whole experience and on a lot of ideas that I had been gathering over the years, my business concept was born in 2021. A vision that I follow with real joy and enthusiasm.
In 2013, I completed my qualification as a Certified Human Resource Manager (German Academy for Management). My further qualification as a Certified Foreign Language Correspondent (CID) and fluency in English, German, Spanish and French allow me to communicate professionally with international customers and applicants as well.
However, my professional expertise wouldn’t be of any use if I wouldn’t work according to my personal values: Since I work with people and for people, and my aim is to bring people together, my highest priority is to treat people with dignity. Empathy and a respectful and trusting interaction with all customers and applicants are not only my motto: these are values that I practice and live every day.
